Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you order from azamreka.com or place a custom commission with Azam Reka. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders & production

• All items are custom laser-cut or engraved to order — production begins after payment is received.
• Order slots and delivery deadlines are only secured once payment is confirmed, not at the time the order is placed.
• We'll contact you via WhatsApp using the phone number provided to confirm designs, personalisation text, and any details needed before production.
• A surcharge may apply for designs of unusual complexity — we'll always confirm this with you before proceeding.
• Because every piece is made to order, please double-check personalisation details (names, dates, spelling) before confirming — we produce exactly what's confirmed.

Pricing & payment

Prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include the item price; shipping is calculated separately at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Billplz. We do not store your card or banking details.

Cancellations

Because production starts promptly after payment, cancellation may not be possible once work has begun. Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order — we'll do what we can, but can't guarantee a refund if production is already underway.

Intellectual property

If you send us a design, logo, or artwork to reproduce, you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it reproduced. Azam Reka is not responsible for any copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Limitation of liability

We take care in producing every piece, but as natural materials (wood, acrylic) can vary slightly, minor variations in grain, colour, or finish between the product photos and the piece you receive are normal and not a defect.
