Yes. Add your personalisation — names, dates, short phrases — in the order notes at checkout. We'll confirm the exact wording with you via WhatsApp before production starts, since every piece is made to order.
Our core materials are plywood and acrylic, precision laser-cut and engraved for a clean, durable finish. As they're natural/manufactured materials, slight variation in grain or tone between pieces is normal.
Nothing ships from stock — every piece is cut and engraved after your order is confirmed. Standard production typically takes a few days depending on the piece and current order volume; rush production is available for an additional charge if you need it sooner.
We ship anywhere in Malaysia via Poslaju or J&T Express — you choose at checkout with live rates for your address. Estimated transit is 1–2 working days within Johor, 2–3 days elsewhere in West Malaysia, and 3–5 days to Sabah, Sarawak, or Labuan, after production is complete.
Yes — use your order number on our Track Order page to follow both the production stage and live courier tracking once it ships.
Because every item is made specifically for you, we're generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind once production has started. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was confirmed, WhatsApp us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Yes — wedding favours, Hari Guru gifts, and corporate/event batches are a specialty. Share your quantities, materials, and deadline via WhatsApp and we'll send a tailored quote.
Wood/plywood: wipe with a dry cloth, avoid prolonged moisture. Acrylic: clean with a microfiber cloth, avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners.
