Azam Reka ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you browse this site, place an order, or contact us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact and delivery details you provide at checkout: name, phone number, delivery address, and email.
- Order details: items purchased, customisation notes/files you send us, and order history.
- Your choice about photos of your finished order (see below), with the date and the version of the wording you saw.
- Messages you send us via WhatsApp, the order-tracking message portal, or the contact form.
- Basic technical data (browser type, device, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance.
- Browsing and purchase activity collected via the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), which helps us understand how people use this site and show relevant ads to people who've visited before. Meta's own use of this data is governed by their data policy. You can opt out of personalised Meta ads via your Facebook ad settings.
- Site usage statistics collected via Google Analytics (pages visited, general location, device type, and store actions like adding to cart or completing an order), governed by Google's privacy policy. You can opt out using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use it
- To process and fulfil your order, including coordinating with our courier partners (Poslaju, J&T Express) for delivery.
- To process payment via our payment gateway, Billplz — we do not receive or store your full card or bank login details; that's handled entirely by Billplz and your bank.
- To contact you about your order via WhatsApp or email — order confirmations, design proofs, shipping updates.
- To respond to enquiries sent via the contact form or WhatsApp.
Share your piece with us
Every finished piece we share helps our small studio get seen. May we feature yours (including the engraved names) on our social media, website and catalogue?
You choose when you order: Yes, share it as it is (ticked to begin with), Yes, but hide names and personal details, or No, thank you. Thank you for supporting us! You can change this any time on your order tracking page or by WhatsApp, and changing it stops future use.
We keep your choice, its date and the wording version you saw as a record of your consent. This record stays after the rest of your details are removed. This is handled under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (see "Your rights" below).
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with:
- Billplz — to process your payment.
- EasyParcel and our courier partners (Poslaju, J&T Express) — your name, address, and phone number, to deliver your order.
- Zoho Books — for our own order and accounting records.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — anonymised browsing/purchase signals via the Meta Pixel, for site analytics and ad targeting.
- Google Analytics — anonymised site usage statistics.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Your name, phone number, email, addresses, messages and the wording and pictures of your design are kept for 12 months after your order is delivered (or cancelled), then removed. The order number, items, prices and dates are kept for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes, and so is your photo choice with its date, as the record of your consent. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to records we're legally required to keep (e.g. for tax purposes).
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
