- Basic technical data (browser type, device, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance.
- Browsing and purchase activity collected via the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), which helps us understand how people use this site and show relevant ads to people who've visited before. Meta's own use of this data is governed by their data policy. You can opt out of personalised Meta ads via your Facebook ad settings.
- Site usage statistics collected via Google Analytics (pages visited, general location, device type, and store actions like adding to cart or completing an order), governed by Google's privacy policy. You can opt out using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use it
- To process and fulfil your order, including coordinating with our courier partners (Poslaju, J&T Express) for delivery.
- To process payment via our payment gateway, Billplz — we do not receive or store your full card or bank login details; that's handled entirely by Billplz and your bank.
- To contact you about your order via WhatsApp or email — order confirmations, design proofs, shipping updates.
- To respond to enquiries sent via the contact form or WhatsApp.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with:
- Billplz — to process your payment.
- EasyParcel and our courier partners (Poslaju, J&T Express) — your name, address, and phone number, to deliver your order.
- Zoho Books — for our own order and accounting records.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — anonymised browsing/purchase signals via the Meta Pixel, for site analytics and ad targeting.
- Google Analytics — anonymised site usage statistics.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How long we keep it
We retain order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to records we're legally required to keep (e.g. for tax purposes).
